General safety practices.



Only perform duties that have been approved by your staffing company.

Why they are caused and how to prevent them from occurring.



Employee safety and health rules, such as:

Horseplay is not permitted.

Don't use Cell Phone at work.

Smoking is not permitted.

No alcohol or drugs permitted before or during work.

Be rested and in good physical condition to complete yur job.

Obey all warning signs and tags.

No jewelry, loose clothing, or long hair.

Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Only operate machines you are approved to operate.



Be aware of all Emerency Exits and Fire Extinguishers.

When using a Fire Extinguisher, use the PASS method.

(meaning--pull pin, aim, squeeze lever, and sweep side to side.)



Know where all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are located.

(be sure to read them before using any chemicals.)



Always wear the required PPE for each job.

hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe boots, hearing protection, and/or welding shield.



Hazard Communication.

Only use chemicals for their intended use, what they are meant to be used with.

Use proper PPE.

Use MSDS.

Be aware of the eye wash station incase chemicals areexposed to our eyes.

Wash hands thoroughly after use of chemicals.



Driver Safety.

Only drive if you have permission.

No cell phones or texting while driving.



Blood Borne Pathogens.

use gloves and/or goggles to treat contaminated areas.

Clean area with bleach and always wash hands thoroughly.



Electrical Safety.

Inspect cords prior to use.

Don't use cords in damp conditions.



Lock-out/Tag-out.

Only qualified personnel should do repairs to machinery.

No one else should remove a lock or Tag.
